Creating truly inclusive workplaces requires more than good intentions. People processes that promote equity across the employee lifecycle require thoughtful design and implementation. This Forum brings together researchers and practitioners to explore evidence-based strategies for inclusive practices from recruitment to offboarding and everything in between. Sample topics include designing accessible assessments, uncovering and addressing bias in performance management systems, ensuring equity in high potential talent identification, assessing the impact of population-specific initiatives, and much more.  Join us to exchange insights and build collaborative research-practice partnerships that advance the evidence for inclusive organizational practices.
