I am a collaborative human capital and talent professional focused on elevating employee experience and organizational performance. With 3.5+ years of consulting and in-house experience across industries—including financial services, utilities, renewable energy, consumer goods, higher education, healthcare, and technology—I bring a versatile, people-centered approach to complex environments.

I specialize in HR, talent management, culture, engagement, leadership development, recruitment, assessments, surveys, succession planning, and change management.

I serve on the Associate Board of NYPACE and Chair the Competitions & Awards Subcommittee for SIOP. I’ve supported multiple speaking engagements, including judging graduate consulting competitions, presenting research at SIOP, and guest lecturing at Hofstra University.

I earned my M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University (summa cum laude), where I served as President of IOPSA and led my team to win 1st Place in PTCMW’s national consulting case competition.

With 5+ years of research experience and certifications including SHRM-CP, Salesforce, Hogan, Lumina Spark, and Applied Organizational Design & Transformation, I am passionate about supporting impactful organizational transformation.
