SIOP’s Diversifying I-O Psychology (DIP) Program will host its fifth annual virtual conference designed to heighten awareness about I-O Psychology among undergraduate students. The DIP mission is to increase inclusion within the field of I-O psychology, and ultimately SIOP, by increasing the diversity of students who are applying to and accepted into funded I-O doctoral programs.
Through our Virtual Conference event, SIOP aims to promote Industrial and Organizational psychology among undergraduate students. Increasing awareness and information about PhD funded programs and providing resources to pair with mentors and engage in the SIOP annual conference will help undergraduates gain the experience and qualifications needed to be more competitive when applying for funded doctoral programs.
