Although data can inform, it’s the story that inspires action. This interactive workshop equips analysts, researchers, and HR professionals with a practical three-part framework to turn data into action: crafting a compelling narrative arc, designing explanatory visuals, and delivering with persuasive impact to influence organizational decisions and drive meaningful change.
Great analyses often stall not because the data are weak, but because the story isn’t clear or compelling. This workshop equips participants with evidence-based strategies to bridge that gap. Drawing from communication science, behavioral psychology, and data visualization best practices, facilitators will guide participants through a practical three-part framework: (1) structure the story: shape the narrative arc to build clarity and momentum; (2) show the story: design visuals that highlight key insights; and (3) sell the story: deliver with persuasive techniques that drive decisions. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, participants will learn to translate complex analyses into crisp, compelling data stories that cut through noise, resonate with decision makers, and lead to tangible organizational action.
