Alexis A. Fink, PhD, is a leading expert in People Analytics and Organizational Transformation. She’s served in leadership roles at major global organizations including Microsoft, Meta and Intel. She has been an active member and leader for SIOP, serving twice on the Executive Board and holding 8 chair roles for committees and task forces. Outside of work, she’s an avid gardener and baker, an almost-competitive water skier and very bad bass player.
