Dr. Jaclyn (Jackie) Koopmann is a tenured Globe Life Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at Auburn University and received her PhD from the University of Florida. Jackie’s research on work teams, occupational health, and mistreatment within the customer service context has been published in journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Management. Prior to her service on the EB, Jackie served on the Awards Committee as Chair-in-Training (2023-2024) and Co-Chair of the Scholarships and Grants Awards (2024-2025), as well as a member (2022) and chair (2023) of the Jeanneret Award for Excellence in the Study of Individual or Group Assessment Subcommittee. Outside of work, she fosters rescue dogs and enjoys singing and musical theater.
