Liberty Munson graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Psychology and holds a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois in Urbana Champaign. Liberty is the Director of Psychometrics at Microsoft, is recognized as a thought leader in the certification industry, and received the eAssessment Association’s Practitioner of the Year Award—Individual 2024. Liberty has been actively involved in various SIOP committees for 25 years and is currently the Communications Portfolio Officer. Outside of work, Liberty is an avid baker, reader, and hiker. One of her proudest moments was completing the Oregon Challenge in 2023.
