Dr. Mark Huselid is the Distinguished Professor of Workforce Analytics at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University. Professor Huselid is known for his extensive research on the intersection of HR management systems, corporate strategy, workforce analytics, and organizational performance.  He served as Editor of Human Resource Management and has held leadership roles on numerous professional and academic boards, in addition to administrative roles at Rutgers and Northeastern Universities.

Dr. Huselid is the author of several influential books, including The HR Scorecard: Linking People, Strategy & Performance (with Brian Becker and Dave Ulrich), The Workforce Scorecard: Managing Human Capital to Execute Strategy (with Brian Becker and Dick Beatty), The Differentiated Workforce: Transforming Talent Into Strategic Impact (with Brian Becker and Dick Beatty), and Workforce Analytics: A Global Perspective (co-authored with Martin Edwards, Dana Minbaeva, and Alec Levenson). His upcoming book, Disrupting Workforce Competition: Executing Strategy through Workforce Analytics, is currently in development.

A Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Association for Psychological Science (APS), Dr. Huselid is among the most highly cited scholars in his field.
