The 2026 SIOP Annual Conference Call for Proposals submission center deadline is almost here! The SIOP Program Committee is putting the finishing touches on what promises to be a meaningful and engaging conference experience in New Orleans this April. High-quality, diverse proposals are key to shaping the program, and there’s still time to contribute. Please submit your session proposal through the submission center by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, October 8.
Please make sure that your SIOP membership is up to date before you start the submission process, which is located in your membership profile. Using the latest version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox will also help in the submission process.
The SIOP Program Committee will be accepting the same submission types as previous years, such as symposia, posters, and panel discussions. All proposal submissions will undergo a peer review process by SIOP members. Proposals will be evaluated clarity, scientific and practical contribution, methodologies, and relevance to the field.
Please note, all submitters will be enrolled as reviewers.
