Dear colleagues,
My co-authors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on managerial reactions to bottom-up initiatives for organizational change. We are seeking unpublished empirical papers related to how managers and/or organizations respond to the following initiatives:
- Voice behavior
- Creativity and idea implementation
- Issue selling
- Whistle-blowing
- Institutional entrepreneurship
If you have empirical papers that may be relevant for inclusion in our meta-analysis, would you please email me at hpark2@govst.edu by Friday, September 12, 2025? Submissions after this date will also be welcomed. In the spirit of responsible science and avoiding publication bias, we hope that we will be able to include your work in our meta-analytic review. If you are not sure whether your work should be included in our meta-analysis, please reach out and we can further discuss.
