SIOP’s 5th Annual Diversifying I-O Psychology (DIP) Virtual Conference is almost here: 10 a.m.–1 p.m. ET November 3 and 4!
This free, 2-day event is designed to inspire and empower undergraduate students to explore careers in industrial and organizational (I-O) psychology—and to help diversify the next generation of I-O psychology leaders.
Day 1: Explore the I-O psychology PhD journey—learn from leading experts what a career in I-O psychology looks like, how to prepare, and what to expect in a doctoral program.
Day 2: Dive into the application process—discover how to find the right program, build a strong application, and prepare for interviews.
Students who attend will also have the chance to advance as DIP scholars, gaining hands-on research experience and mentorship in early 2026, plus a conference immersion at the 2026 SIOP Annual Conference.
Don’t wait—registration is open now!
Encourage an undergraduate student you know to join this powerful event dedicated to diversity, mentorship, and career development in I-O psychology.
