The inaugural Global Work and Organizational Psychology Conference (G-WOP) is almost here!
The 24-hour online format, spread across time zones and with every session recorded to be available to current SIOP members at a future date, is designed to make it easier than ever for colleagues from around the world to take part, wherever you are and whenever it works for you. A variety of panel discussions, keynotes, and research presentations will cover topics ranging from coaching to employee well-being to AI and assessments—something for everyone at every career stage.
This new initiative spanning more than 20 professional industrial-organizational societies and governing bodies from around the world aims to bring colleagues together for connection, reflection, and shared learning to cultivate meaningful action. SIOP presenters and keynote speakers for the event include President-Elect Richard Landers, Conferences and Programs Portfolio Officer Emily Solberg, Erica Desrosiers, Sy Islam, Nikita Mikhailov, Mark Poteet, Georgi Yankov, and more!
The event will begin 8 a.m. ET (12 p.m. UTC) September 18, 2025, and will conclude 8 a.m. ET (12 p.m. UTC) September 19, 2025, a true 24-hour marathon!
Registration for SIOP members is at no additional cost and only requires current membership through June 2026, with the goal to bring added value and greater accessibility to our global community.
A pre-event networking and information session is scheduled for September 12; check the event page for more information. Be sure to register for the conference as only registered members will receive session participation details.
