Join industry experts for an engaging virtual workshop designed to empower I-O consultants, coaches, HR professionals, and organizational leaders with evidence-based tools to navigate today’s evolving coaching landscape. Combining presentation and fireside chat formats, this interactive experience will deliver research-informed insights to help attendees strategically integrate coaching interventions in the workplace.
This 3-hour live workshop will explore distinctions between coaching and related practices like mentoring and consulting and unpack various evidence-supported coaching formats such as 1:1 executive coaching, team coaching, and group coaching. Attendees will build foundational coaching skills—including active listening and open-ended questioning—and deepen their understanding of the goals and structure behind team coaching.
