The SIOP Consortia Committee is pleased to offer four informative Consortia programs as part of the 2026 SIOP Annual Conference. The Early-Career Practitioner Consortium is open to those entering applied I-O psychology roles. Session content will offer practical advice on consulting, internal HR functions, and professional growth within organizational settings.
This program will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 29, in New Orleans. Lunch is included with registration.
Sessions at the Consortia include:
- Distinguished I-O Psychology Panel with professionals who will share their career journeys, lessons learned, and advice for applied practitioners.
- Assessment Overview & Debrief (Registrants will take the Occupational Personality Questionnaire and receive a developmental report)
- Mentor Panel with applied I-O psychology professionals from a variety of industries share their experiences, lessons learned, and career advice for early-career practitioners.
- Mentor Circle Breakouts
- Networking Breakouts
