The SIOP Consortia Committee has once again developed four Consortia programs as part of the 2026 SIOP Annual Conference.

The 2026 Master’s Consortium will be held 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT April 29 in New Orleans, with a virtual, preconference kickoff event on April 22. Session content will be targeted toward second-year students who intend to move into a full-time practitioner role following graduation, but all master’s students are welcome to attend. Lunch is included with registration.

Registrants will be asked to complete the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) prior to the April 22 event and will receive an interpretive report targeting career development.

Participants of the Master’s Consortium can expect to:

  • Expand Their Network – Connect with peers and experts in the field.
  • Gain Practical Insights – Learn about career paths, industry trends, and key skills.
  • Plan Their Next Steps – Get guidance on job searches and professional growth.

Each session will feature speakers representing a wide variety of applied roles who will focus on their professional journey from a master’s-level I-O psychology student to their established career as a practitioner in their particular area of expertise. More information is available on the Master’s Consortium webpage.

If you are not a student, please consider sharing this information with a student or colleague; the goal of the Consortia is to provide valuable and relevant programming while creating an opportunity for networking and building relationships with other SIOP members.
