Register Now for the Master’s Consortium 

The SIOP Consortia Committee has once again developed four consortia programs as part of the 2025 SIOP Annual Conference. The Master’s Consortium is a fully virtual experience designed exclusively for master’s students in industrial-organizational psychology. Open to all master’s students, this consortium is designed for second-year students who are interested in exploring the applied world.

This year’s Master’s Consortium will be conducted online in six, 2-hour sessions, March 11-27, 2025.

Participants of the Master’s Consortium can expect to:

• expand their network by connecting with peers and experts in the field;
• gain practical insights about career paths, industry trends, and key skills; and
• get guidance on job searches and professional growth.

Each session will feature speakers representing a wide variety of applied roles who will focus on their professional journey from a master’s-level I-O student to their established career as a practitioner in their particular area of expertise.
