SIOP Membership Spotlights Highlight Your Accomplishments, Inspire Others

Each SIOP member has a unique story, and the SIOP Membership Spotlight allows you to share yours in a way that is both informative and inspirational. Members of all career stages and educational backgrounds have insights that can provide encouragement and guidance to members as well as those who are interested in pursuing a career in I-O psychology but don’t know where to start.

The SIOP Membership Spotlight form has recently been expanded to include career specific questions that all experience levels can take advantage of.

• Questions that allow newer members, SIOP students, and early career professionals to introduce themselves to others in the I-O psychology field. You’re never too early in your career to have valuable perspectives!
• Questions that offer mid- to senior-level career members a chance to reflect on their career and to share insights that can help others forge their own path in the field.
• Questions that encourage leadership, whether within SIOP or by job title, to share career guidance, takeaways, and experiences that can inspire the next generation of I-O psychology professionals.
