Greetings from the SIOP Foundation Board of Trustees!

As the philanthropic partner of SIOP, the SIOP Foundation is proud to share a year of exciting progress and meaningful impact—made possible through the generous support of donors like you.

Thanks to your contributions, the Foundation awarded $146,500 in scholarships, grants, and awards to 47 individuals in 2025, including:

  • 7 scholarships and fellowships
  • 8 grants
  • 13 awards

This year also ushered in an exciting partnership with the CHRO Association (formerly HR Policy Association). Several SIOP members contributed valuable time and expertise in formulating two reports with actionable, evidence-based research on employee resource groups and strategic engagement. The Foundation looks forward to continuing this partnership and developing our relationships with other organizations in the future.

As 2025 comes to an end, the Foundation’s financial position remains strong, with over $8 million in endowed and pass-through funding across 37 distinct funds. These resources enable us to recognize achievement, invest in future talent, support impactful research, and advance evidence-based practices that improve workplace effectiveness and worker well-being.

Since our founding in 1998, the SIOP Foundation has distributed more than $2 million to advance the science and practice of I-O psychology. Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities to deepen our impact and broaden our reach.

Our mission remains central to all we do:

The SIOP Foundation leverages philanthropy and partnerships to create opportunities that empower I-O psychology professionals to promote the development and application of science in the workplace.

We invite you to stay engaged in two keyways:

  1. Share your ideas. Tell us how the Foundation can further promote the field of I-O psychology through philanthropy.
  2. Consider making a financial contribution. Give to directly support programs that advance our mission and strengthen the impact of I-O psychology worldwide.

If you have questions, suggestions, or would like to discuss ways to give, please don’t hesitate to reach out SIOP Foundation President Nancy Tippins or any member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.
