The SIOP and SIOP Foundation Zedeck-Jacobs Opportunity Equity in Organizations Grant advances research on organizational practices that shape equitable access to employment, development, advancement, and fair treatment for all workers.

These projects demonstrate how the grant empowers researchers to pursue timely, equity-focused work that may otherwise be difficult to fund.
