Building on prior Foundation-supported work with CHROs—including surveys and interviews with senior executives—this publication explores how organizations are navigating evolving expectations around DEI and aligning ERGs with broader organizational priorities.
This article is part of a broader effort to bring evidence-based I-O psychology research directly to CHROs and senior leaders, helping inform decision making on critical workplace issues.
