As part of the ongoing partnership between the SIOP Foundation and the CHRO Association, SIOP Foundation announces the release of a new report: From Satisfaction to Strategy: Transforming Employee Engagement.

Authored by SIOP Fellows Ben Schneider, Bill Macey, and Mark Ehrhart, this report translates decades of engagement research into a clear, practical guide for HR leaders. It defines what strategic engagement truly means, how organizations can achieve it, and provides examples of successful strategic engagement.

Marking the SIOP Foundation’s second project with the CHRO Association, the report is intended to place the science of industrial and organizational psychology in the hands of organizational decision makers. SIOP Foundation is currently collaborating with the CHRO Association to identify key topics of interest to CHROs and match them with substantive bodies of research in I-O psychology.

This initiative highlights the positive impact of collaborative efforts in advancing the application of psychological science in strategic organizational practice.
