2.1 Prepare the next generation by providing resources for faculty, program leaders, and learners across educational and career stages
2.2 Maintain and promote trusted professional standards for I-O education at all levels

2.4 Advance certification and continuing education for I-O professionals at the master’s and doctoral levels
