The AI in Selection Forum is a space for researchers to address the multifaceted challenges and opportunities of implementing AI (from Large Language Models, NLP, and AI agents, to computer vision) within employee selection processes. The Forum brings together academics and practitioners across disciplines who share an interest in AI enabled selection, from fairness and validity to candidate experiences associated with new tools, such as automated interviews, with the goal of turning shared ideas into research partnerships that continue well beyond SIOP.  Attendees will receive clear upfront framing on the kinds of research questions and collaboration opportunities the Forum aims to surface, so that conversations leave the room as concrete next steps rather than one off discussions. All SIOP members are welcome, though the Forum is especially geared toward those hoping to leave with new research directions and collaborators in hand.
