Building the Future of Workplace Learning

This Research Community Forum is designed for researchers and practitioners who are conducting—or interested in conducting—research on learning and development in organizations. Participants will share ongoing and emerging research, identify important gaps in the literature, and connect with potential collaborators. Through brief research presentations, facilitated discussions, and structured networking, the Forum will support the development of new research questions, partnerships, and collaborative projects. Relevant topics may include but are not limited to training design and transfer, trainer effectiveness, reskilling and upskilling, informal and social learning, learning technologies and AI, and the evaluation of learning outcomes. Attendees should come prepared to engage actively with L&D research and explore opportunities to contribute to future studies.
