The goal of this Forum is to launch the next era of breakthroughs in teams research by bringing together leading scholars, applied scientists, and professionals in industries that rely on teams for success. As workplaces grow more dispersed, dynamic, and technology-mediated, foundational questions about how teams form, function, and succeed are being reopened. Together, participants will explore questions, methods, and measurement approaches critical to advancing this new era of teams research. Attendees are encouraged to bring a research idea they want to workshop or a pressing challenge they’ve been trying to solve. Through brief presentations and facilitated discussion, the Forum aims to sharpen these ideas, spark collaborations, and catalyze the partnerships that will define the next generation of teams research.
