Abstract:

Data storytelling is a critical tool addressing the gap between people analytics and organizational influence. This session equips participants with a suite of tools to drive effective stakeholder communication, buy-in, and follow-up in order to elevate their people analytics function.

Learning Objectives:

After attending this program, participants will be able to:

  • Apply 3 systematic investigative techniques to proactively identify stakeholder priorities.
  • Construct compelling narratives using the Rule of 3 framework.
  • Utilize AI scenario planning tools to prepare evidence-based responses for common types of stakeholder skepticism.
  • Design curated visualizations that transform complex analyses into 30 second executive-ready insights.
  • Create actionable recommendations, utilizing investigative techniques.
  • Prepare relationship maintenance strategies that position yourself as a strategic advisor.
