SIOP Selects Boutique I-O Firm, Talent Metrics Consulting, for Evaluation Initiatives
The Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP) is pleased to announce the selection of Talent Metrics Consulting as its new Evaluation Partner. Talent Metrics Consulting is an I-O psychology consulting firm dedicated to providing bespoke, science-based initiatives to clients of all sizes in all industries. The Talent Metrics team will be the primary evaluator for SIOP over the next 3 years, supporting administration, data collection, analyses, and reporting for:
- Annual Conference Evaluations
- Leading Edge Consortium (LEC) Evaluations
- Other Event Evaluations
- Continuing Education Evaluations
- Salary Survey
- General Membership and Exit Surveys

This will help SIOP to innovate its evaluation initiatives to better understand and serve the needs of the I-O community at all levels.
