About the Issue
The Spring 2022 issue of The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (TIP), Volume 59, Issue 4, covers a wide range of topics such as SIOP membership, graduate education, women at work, and adjusting to a post-pandemic workplace. It features articles on comparing online to brick-and-mortar graduate programs, approaches to prosocial I-O psychology, and building a resilient work culture in the era of COVID-19. SIOP-related news highlights 10 fun facts about SIOP’s Members from 2021, calls for nominations for a Professional Practice Series Editor and Organizational Frontiers Series Editor, and building a sustainable local I-O group.
