MSU Future of Work Initiative Summer Research Incubator

Are you an advanced PhD student in the disciplines of management, human resources, labor studies, industrial-organizational psychology, or related fields? Are you interested in doing research on topics related to the future of work, such as human-technology interaction, access to work, changing skill demands, or alternative work structures? Would you like to visit Michigan State University, learn from our world-class faculty, and form connections with peers and mentors? If so, please apply for the MSU Future of Work Summer Research Incubator!

We are especially eager to welcome students from minority-serving institutions, but all students are welcome to apply. Participants must have completed at least 2 years of PhD work, but not yet have completed the dissertation proposal. The FOW-SRI will take place on July 22-26, 2024. Students accepted for this program will receive a travel stipend for airfare, and meals/lodging. During

the week, students will take part in workshops, visit organizations, and have 1:1 mentoring meetings with faculty.

Selected participants will be notified by April 1, 2024.

Students currently enrolled in institutions located in the United States are eligible.
