Pillars are the overarching groupings of committees. Aligned with SIOP's Strategic Plan, these groups provide structure to the volunteer efforts within the organization.

The Practice Committee address the needs of I-O psychology practitioner SIOP members to support them at all career stages.
The Research Committee address I-O psychology researcher SIOP member needs to provide support.
The Teaching Committee supports the needs of I-O psychology educator and program administrator SIOP members.
The Annual Conference Experience Committee coordinates and presents the SIOP Annual Conference.
The Annual Conference Program Committee curates the core program for the annual meeting.
The Strategic Events Committee supports the coordination of the organization’s targeted events.
The Workshops and Learning Programs Committee presents I-O psychology learning experiences.
The Awards Committee facilitates the awards, scholarships and grants for SIOP membership.
The Career Services Committee supports I-O psychology professionals who are open to work.
The Diversity and Inclusion Committee supports the needs of SIOP members and those in the I-O psychology field through the work of several specialized subcommittees.
The Fellowship Committee facilitates the evaluation of SIOP Member nominations for SIOP Fellow status.
The Local I-O Group Relations Committee supports the needs of I-O psychology professional SIOP members’ locally operated groups.
The Membership Application Review Committee facilitates the review of professional SIOP member applications.
The Membership Insights and Planning Committee supports SIOP membership through insights from survey and analytic reviews.
The Institutional Research Committee supports surveys of SIOP membership including the use of data across the organization.
SIOP’s History Committee oversees all activities related to the preservation of the organization’s past.
The Institutional Research Committee establishes policies regarding SIOP's participation in surveys and third-party research including the use and disposition of data.
The Government Relations Advocacy Team Committee supports the Society’s advocacy efforts that impact federal policy and local legislation.
The United Nations Committee addresses the I-O psychology theory, research, and practice related to advancing the programs and goals of the United Nations Economic and Social Counsel.
The Visibility Committee supports furthering the awareness of SIOP and the field of I-O psychology.
