SIOP Presents Better Together Tuesdays

In this month’s video, Larry Martinez, chair of the SIOP Diversifying I-O Psychology Program, joins Steven Rogelberg to provide an update on The DIP! This ambitious project aims to improve the diversity of individuals in I-O graduate programs and address the issue of underrepresentation in funded doctoral programs by providing direct engagement and assistance to racial minority undergraduate students.
