Apply Now for the 2023 Early Career Practitioner Consortium
The SIOP Consortia Committee has once again developed four exciting consortia as part of the 2023 SIOP Annual Conference. In this article, we will highlight the Early Career Practitioner Consortium, which will enable I-O professionals with fewer than 5 years in their career to enhance their agility as practitioners, clarify next career steps, and expand their network.
Specifically, the 2023 Early Career Practitioner Consortium will offer opportunities for attendees to:
- Discover insight into their unique strengths and opportunities for improvement via assessments from SHL and Hogan
- Learn from distinguished I-O professionals and executives like SIOP Past President Nancy Tippins;
- Receive coaching to support them in navigating work challenges and taking the next steps in their career;
- Build relationships with fellow early career practitioners as they work in groups to develop new skills;
- Better plug into SIOP and broaden their general I-O network as they interact with other consortia attendees.
Applications for the consortium, which will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Wednesday, April 19, in Boston, are due by Friday, March 31.
