SIOP Member Registries are a great way for SIOP professional members to gain visibility and make connections based on areas of interest or expertise. They also serve as a way for SIOP to identify experts in a topic for articles or as a media resource.

Earlier this summer, the SIOP Foundation and SIOP announced the new Anti-Racism Grant, a step toward addressing racism in work contexts using I-O science and practice. The call, aimed at enlarging our understanding of racism in the workplace, its causes, and its reduction, brought in 35 submissions. Five submissions received funding.

Earlier this year, SIOP shared its seventh annual Top 10 Workplace Trends list. Based on member surveys, these are the issues that were expected to have the most impact on the workplace in 2020.

Eight months into the year and “Virtual working spaces,” which tied for No. 9 on the list, has certainly earned its spot.
